Shipping
Most orders that are received before 12:00pm cst are shipped out either UPS or USPS same or next day. For some specialty items (where additional embroidery or alterations are needed), orders may take an additional 1-3 days before shipping. Flat shipping rates are provided below:

If not all of the items in your order are in stock, we may ship part of your order immediately, then ship the remainder at no extra shipping cost when the rest of the items become available.
Returns and Exchanges
School Account Customers
If you're with a school that has a current account with us, you may exchange any current in-stock item at any time, provided that it has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. This includes items purchased online, in-store, or at one of our mobile-store sales.
To receive a refund, you must return the items back to us within 15 days of purchase. If items are returned after 15 days, they are eligible for store credit only, to be used any time. Please include the Return/Exchange form below.
If a product has a manufacturer's defect, it can be replaced at any time. This does not include normal wear and tear, which has a one year window for replacement or repair.
Online Basics Shoppers
If you purchase uniform items online and your school does not have a current account set up with us, you may exchange any non-embroidered items at any time, provided that it has not been worn, washed, or altered, in any way. Any embroidered items for a child at a school who does not have a current account with us cannot be exchanged.
To receive a refund, any non-embroidered items must be sent back to us within 15 days of purchase. If items are returned after 15 days, they are eligible for store credit only, to be used at any time. Any embroidred items for a child at a school who does not have a current account with us are not eligible for a refund. Please include the Return/Exchange form below.
